1 Naturism is a movement that advocates recreation without clothes in the open air, in water, or elsewhere, individually or communally in private or in other circumstances where there is no offence in law or to public decency.
2 Individuals shall not engage in any activity or behaviour which might reflect adversely on the practice of Naturism, or which might be expected to give offence to others.
3 Individuals are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with this code and to safeguard the standards of naturism so that it is fairly and creditably presented to the public at all times,
4 Clubs and associations will endeavour to accept into membership only persons of good repute and any person whose conduct is likely to bring Naturism into disrepute will be removed from membership.
5 Individuals should not advertise themselves or Naturism in a manner, context, or publication that is likely to reflect adversely on the standards of naturism or to use naturism as a means of advertising sexual material or services.
6 Individuals are also expected to give full regard to the provisions of the Country Code and Seashore Code in their behaviour on beaches and elsewhere.
7 On beaches or elsewhere officially designated or unofficially recognised for naturist use, individuals should take care to confine their Naturist activities to the area so designated or recognised,
8 When taking photographs, video recordings or cine film of naturists, consent of all persons who will be included shall be obtained beforehand. No such photographs etc. shall be published without the express written consent of all persons shown therein
